Ugh my dad asks me all the time what I want to do after high school. I tell him acting every time and he keeps asking me hoping my answer will change but it doesn’t. I know everyone thinks I’m dumb and say I can’t do it but I swear I will not be one of those people who go to their job everyday and hate it. And if I don’t like acting ill try something else. Just don’t doubt me because it will be my mission to prove you wrong and I will.

I know how you feel. My mom did that as well, but I ended up doing what she wanted me to do and I was very unhappy with it. I wanted to act as well but she wouldn’t support me with it.
