I really need some help . I don't have anybody to encourage me , my family always say that i can't do it and i'm gonna look ugly if i ever lost weight , i mean i really don't give a damn about what they say but it's been almost a month since i started eating healthy and working out but it's getting so hard with these nigative people , even my friends say i can't do it , but i believe i can, the only thing that makes me go on is your blog . your amazing , i love you <3<3<3
